<strong>Erhaltung der biologischen Vielfalt in Schulen<\/strong> durch die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Buches von Fernando Ortiz Crespo, einem ecuadorianischen Wissenschaftler.<\/p><p>Die Nahuel-Stiftung unterst\u00fctzt verschiedene Einrichtungen in den Bereichen ganzheitliche Gesundheit, Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit, Psychologie, Bildung und Umweltprojekte. Sie arbeitet im Rahmen institutioneller Kooperationsvereinbarungen mit Gemeinden, Pfarrgemeinden, Gesundheitseinrichtungen, Bildungseinrichtungen, Universit\u00e4ten, sozialen Basisorganisationen und zivilen Organisationen zusammen.<\/p><p>Um ihre Ziele zu erreichen, unterh\u00e4lt die Nahuel-Stiftung ein Programm mit der Bezeichnung &#8220;Gesunde Schulen&#8221;, das unterprivilegierten Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen umfassende Unterst\u00fctzung bieten soll. Die Komponenten dieses Programms sind:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Infrastruktur<\/strong>: Schulgeb\u00e4ude.<\/li><li><strong>Verbesserung der Qualit\u00e4t der Bildung<\/strong>: Bildungsstipendien, Schulausstattung und -m\u00f6bel, Schulung von Schulbeh\u00f6rden und Lehrern im Hinblick auf die Erf\u00fcllung des Lehrplans.<\/li><li><strong>Gesundheit<\/strong>: Unterst\u00fctzung der medizinischen Grundversorgung, Pr\u00e4vention von Krankheiten und Behinderungen, Erste-Hilfe-Ausbildung, Verwaltung von Schulsanit\u00e4tsk\u00e4sten und Ausbildung von Gesundheits- und Ern\u00e4hrungspromotoren.<\/li><li><strong>Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit<\/strong>: Schulung in Hygiene, Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Zubereitung und Konservierung, Ern\u00e4hrung, Schulg\u00e4rten und Kleintierhaltung.<\/li><li><strong>Umwelt<\/strong>: Umwelterziehung und Unterst\u00fctzung von Projekten zum Schutz der
