ganzt\u00e4gig zu unterrichten und so die Qualit\u00e4t der Ausbildung zu verbessern.<\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"707\">Schaffung der M\u00f6glichkeit, den Unterricht f\u00fcr die 101 Kinder aus den drei nahe gelegenen Gemeinden fortzusetzen, die derzeit in den bestehenden Grundschulen unterrichtet werden.<\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"707\">Abschaffung oder Reduzierung der Kinderarbeit in diesen Gemeinden.<\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"707\">Die Abwanderung junger Menschen in die St\u00e4dte und die Umsiedlung von Familien in diesem l\u00e4ndlichen Gebiet soll vermieden werden.<\/li><li data-renderer-start-pos=\"707\">Schulung der Bev\u00f6lkerung in der Vorbereitung, Verwendung, Bewirtschaftung, Erhaltung und nachhaltigen Bewahrung von Bambus mit der Strategie ACTION &#8211; LEARNING, damit sie anschlie\u00dfend ihre H\u00e4user verbessern k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"my-0\">Die Nahuel-Stiftung hat die Entwicklung des Colegio Pachijal durch mehrere wichtige Initiativen massgeblich unterst\u00fctzt:<\/p><p class=\"my-0\">Die Stiftung finanzierte und f\u00f6rderte den Bau der Schule mit einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz zur menschlichen Entwicklung im Einklang mit der Umwelt. Das Projekt umfasste:<\/p><ul><li class=\"my-0\">Umbau und Sanierung von drei Klassenr\u00e4umen f\u00fcr die Schule &#8220;R\u00edo Pachijal&#8221;.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Bau einer K\u00fcche, einer Kantine und eines Lagerraums f\u00fcr Lebensmittel<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Bau der Schule mit 1.016 m\u00b2 Infrastruktur<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Vollst\u00e4ndige Ausstattung der Schule, einschliesslich eines Computerraums.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"my-0\">Bei der architektonischen Gestaltung wurden lokale Materialien und Bautechniken verwendet, wobei die Beteiligung der Gemeinde ein wichtiger Aspekt des Projekts war. Der Entwurf umfasst:<\/p><ul><li>Ein auf S\u00e4ulen basierendes Konstruktionssystem<\/li><li>Ein zentraler Innenhof, der vier Bl\u00f6cke auf zwei Ebenen verbindet<\/li><li>Eine Gesamtprojektfl\u00e4che von 595 m\u00b2 mit integrierten Au\u00dfenanlagen, Fussg\u00e4nger- und Fahrzeugzugang und Bambuspflanzungen.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0b4755 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d0b4755\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14016f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14016f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Programme zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Bildung<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-361f297 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"361f297\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"my-0\">Neben der Infrastruktur hat die Nahuel-Stiftung mehrere Programme zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Bildung durchgef\u00fchrt:<\/p><ul><li class=\"my-0\">Seit 2009 vergibt die Stiftung Bildungsstipendien an Kinder aus wirtschaftlich benachteiligten Familien, die sich die Kosten f\u00fcr eine Ausbildung nicht leisten k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Diese Stipendien bieten den Kindern alles, was sie zum Lernen brauchen, und verhindern Kinderarbeit.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Von 2009 bis 2017 hat das Projekt 1.020 Kindern und Jugendlichen aus 11 Gemeinden Zugang zu Bildung verschafft.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Die Stiftung finanziert einige j\u00e4hrliche Stipendien, die von privaten Spenden abh\u00e4ngen.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Seit 2013 werden Lehrerfortbildungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Qualit\u00e4t der Bildung zu verbessern.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b41fa24 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"b41fa24\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-660877e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"660877e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ergebnisse des Projekts:<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8a4541 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d8a4541\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"my-0\">Das Projekt hat erhebliche positive Auswirkungen auf die Gemeinschaft:<\/p><ul><li class=\"my-0\">Im Jahr 2017 feierte die Schule ihren ersten Abschlussjahrgang mit jungen Menschen aus etwa zw\u00f6lf Gemeinden in der Region.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Einige Absolventen erhalten von Nahuel fortlaufende Unterst\u00fctzung beim Zugang zum ecuadorianischen Hochschulsystem.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Das Projekt hat die Kinderarbeit und die Abwanderung von Jugendlichen in die St\u00e4dte verringert und den Zerfall von Familien in diesem l\u00e4ndlichen Gebiet verhindert.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Die Gemeindemitglieder lernten, wie sie Bambus richtig nutzen und verwalten k\u00f6nnen, um ihre H\u00e4user zu verbessern.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Das Projekt f\u00f6rderte ein starkes Gef\u00fchl der Eigenverantwortung, das die Erhaltung und Wartung der Infrastruktur gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/li><li class=\"my-0\">Auf individueller Ebene wurde das Selbstwertgef\u00fchl gest\u00e4rkt und insbesondere bei jungen Menschen Begeisterung und Hoffnung f\u00fcr die Zukunft geweckt.<\/li><\/ul><p>Das Projekt kam zwischen 2009 und 2017 mehr als 1 020 Kindern und Jugendlichen in 11 Gemeinden zugute. Neben der Verbesserung der formalen Bildung hat es dazu beigetragen, die Kinderarbeit und die Abwanderung junger Menschen in die St\u00e4dte zu verringern.   <\/p><p>Das Projekt stellt ein erfolgreiches Modell f\u00fcr nachhaltige Gemeindeentwicklung durch Bildung dar, wobei die Unterst\u00fctzung der Nahuel-Stiftung f\u00fcr die Umsetzung und den anhaltenden Erfolg des Projekts
