The Social Wellbeing Fund (PSI) supports orphaned, abandoned, or mistreated children and adolescents in Ecuador who live in harmful environments. Often, these children are cared for by relatives or live without their parents, who may be emigrants or incarcerated.
This fund aims to provide integral social protection, ensuring children have access to psychological support, educational assistance, and medical care. It also works in close collaboration with governmental institutions to complement existing services, creating a safety net for Ecuador’s most vulnerable youth.
